You can work with us in three ways: a monthly plan for ongoing design work, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, or flexible hourly support for smaller tasks. If you're not sure what fits best, we’ll scope your needs together and help you choose the setup that gives you the right amount of flexibility and hands-on support.

Yes, absolutely. You can start with one or two items -like the website or a pitch deck- and expand as needed. No pressure to commit to everything at once.

It depends on the scope. Smaller tasks can be done within a few hours, while more complex projects may take a few weeks. Once we’ve seen the full picture, we’ll share a rough timeline.

Yes! We handle things like pitch decks, one-pagers, social media posts, product demo videos, invoice templates, and more. If it’s visual and needs to look sharp, we can help.

We mostly use Slack for day-to-day communication, Loom videos for async handoffs and walkthroughs, and Figma comments for design feedback. If needed, we can also hop on quick calls. We’re flexible with tools; whether it’s Jira, Trello, or Linear, we’ll fit into whatever workflow you prefer.
